中国青年志愿者考试服务中心（以下简称：本中心）是由志愿从事社会公益事业的青年志愿者组织成的服务团体。本中心隶属渭滨区青年志愿者自考服务队（本服务队经共青团宝鸡市渭滨区委员会、渭滨区青年志愿者协会批准设立），受其领导、监督和指导。
Chinese Youth Volunteer
Test Service Centre (“hereafter this centre”) is organized
by youth volunteers who are willing to be engaged in social
service. This center is subordinate to Youth Volunteer
Self-taught Test Service Team of Weibin District (this
team is authorized to set up by Communist Youth League
Baoji Weibin District committee and Weibin District Youth
Volunteer Association).
本中心以“服务他人、奉献社会”为宗旨，以团结、互助、友爱、奉献、进步为准则，开展志愿活动，竭诚向社会提供考试信息、报考指导、经验交流、考生联谊，以及心理咨询、就业指导等相关的公益志愿服务，致力为广大考生搭建一个学习经验、信息交流的平台。我们的口号是“伸出热情双手，共建考生家园”。
This centre takes “serve
other people and make contribution to this society”
as the sole purpose and takes “unity,
cooperation, affection,
dedication, and improvement
as the criterion. It is dedicated to provide an experience
and information exchange platform for examinees. Our
slogan is “build a beautiful
homeland for examinees with our warm hands”.

综合部
Comprehensive dept |
负责本组织的内外通联和宣传,档案资料的管理，以及志愿者的注册等日常事务工作。
Is responsible for dealing with
daily affairs, such as internal and external communication
and liaison, propaganda, files management, volunteer’s
registration, etc. |
行动部
Activity dept |
负责本组织对外活动的策划、实施和总结。
Is responsible for planning,
implementation and summation of external activities.

Network dept |
负责本组织网站的维护和网上答疑。
本中心官方网站为“中国考试服务网”（http://www.zk123.com），荟萃权威考试信息、搭建考生交流平台，开设的栏目有：考试服务（自学考试、公务员考试、司法考试、英语考试等）、海天文苑、心灵家园、人在职场、志愿者在行动等。

附：如何成为一名注册志愿者？
Enclosed: how to become a registered
volunteer?
——只要年满14周岁，具有奉献精神，遵纪守法，根据自身条件能从事一定时间的志愿者服务工作，就可申请加入。经团组织、本服务队审核合格后，进行宣誓，领取“中国注册志愿者服务证”、“中国志愿者胸章”，并获得统一使用的注册号（注册号由宝鸡市青年志愿者行动指导中心统一编制）。
You could apply for
registration in the case that you are already 14 years
old, disciplined, willing to dedicate and could find
time to do such a job. After qualified by league organization
and this service team, you will take an oath on it and
then you could receive a service card, a volunteer badge
and a uniform registered number.
